I'm pleased to share that several titles from the Texas choral PML that have been POP are now again available. They are all available from Sheet Music Direct and J.W. Pepper. I have put links to each in the descriptions below.

Ah, Dear Heart - Treble Gr. 3

The expressive music of this unaccompanied piece for treble voices matches the John Donne text perfectly, with gentle longing and regret, but yet with a glimmer of hope. Part of a set of two works, the other is "Longing," with a text by Matthew Arnold, available separately.

Longing - Treble Gr. 3

The second song in a set of two, "Two Songs of Longing," this setting of a wistful text by Matthew Arnold offers rich expressiveness while being accessible to treble singers in high school and up. An excellent choice for contest and festival programming. The other selection, available separately, is "Ah, Dear Heart," with a text by John Donne.

Teach Me, O Lord - Gr. 3 Treble

Touching in the simplicity of its expressive phrases, this arrangement of the English composer Thomas Attwood (1765-1838) may be performed with or without piano. The text is based on Psalm 119:33.

Canticle - Mixed Gr. 5

Simple and straight-forward, this setting of a text from The Christian Harmony expresses love of God in nature: Through all this world below, God we see, all around. NEW UIL TITLES FOR 2022-2023 by Emily Crocker

  Hello Texas Friends, I'm delighted to announce several new selections for Middle School UIL. Since I moved back to Texas, I've been fortunate to judge several UIL and Pre-UIL evaluations and I noticed a lot of the same pieces being performed.
